操作步驟

1） 測試前應估計被測電壓幅值，若嚴重超過電壓量程，可能會損壞探頭，不可使用。

2） 輸入線和輸出線連接好探頭；探頭與示波器或者其它測量儀器連接。

3） 電源適配器接入電壓探頭，綠色電源指示燈亮。根據測量電壓，探頭選擇合適的量程；當測量電壓超過量程時，過載指示燈會亮。

4） 根據探頭的量程設置好示波器或者其它測量儀器的衰減比例；根據被測電壓的大小，調整好示波器的靈敏度。

5） 根據需要連接探頭夾具，連接被測對象開始測量。測試時，探頭主體應盡量遠離高壓脈沖電路以減小對探頭的干擾。

6） 測試完畢后，先關閉被測電路電源，再關閉探頭電源，將兩個輸入端與被測點斷開，輸出 BNC插頭從示波器上拔下。

使用注意事項

1）在測量時應盡量使輸入線纏繞，這樣可以更好的消除引線電感和外界噪聲，提高高頻響應和抗干擾的能力。纏繞方式如下圖所示：

安裝

1) 接電源適配器到電壓探頭，電壓探頭綠色指示燈亮，為保證精度，開機 20 分后測試探頭指標。

DC 精度

1) 探頭輸出端接 BNC 母頭轉雙接線柱，數字萬用表的兩個輸入端插入接線柱孔。

2) 探頭輸入端連接絕緣活塞電夾，然后連接校正儀的輸出端且信號發生器輸出關閉，紅色電夾接正極，黑色電夾接負極。

3) 探頭的衰減倍數設置在第一個檔位。

4) 參照下表，設置信號源的輸出值。

5) 使能信號的輸出，觀察并記錄該檔位的輸出電壓。

6) 關閉信號源的輸出。

7) 探頭的衰減倍數切換到第二個檔位。

8) 重復步驟 4～6，計算結果是否在精度范圍內。

上升時間

1) BNC 公頭轉雙母頭（如圖一所示），一端接 50 歐姆負載，一端接圖二所示的 BNC

公頭轉雙接線柱。公頭接標準信號發生器且信號發生器輸出關閉。

2) 探頭的輸出端接示波，衰減倍數設置在第一個檔位。

3) 設置標準信號發生器參數,參考下表。

4) 使能信號源輸出，并記錄上升時間值。

5) 關閉信號源輸出。

6) 探頭的衰減倍數切換到第二個檔位。

DC 共模抑制比(CMRR)

1)探頭設置在低衰減比例檔位 50X。

2) 信號源設置 500V 直流電壓，此時電壓輸出關閉。

3) 探頭的兩個輸入端接 500V 電壓。

4) 探頭輸出接 BNC 母頭轉雙接線柱（如圖三所示），插入數字萬用表的兩個輸入端。

5) 使能信號源輸出，分別記錄電壓輸出值，核對下表，計算是否在范圍內。

注意：測試過程中使用 500V 高壓，注意人身安全；為了減小電壓波動，一定要在所有的連線完成后再使校正儀輸出 500V 電壓。

保養及維護

1)保持探頭的清潔干燥。

2)若需清潔，可用柔軟干布擦拭，不可使用化學藥劑清潔。

3)不使用探頭時，請將其放入所配包裝內，置于陰涼﹑潔凈和干燥處。

4)運輸探頭時，務必放入本公司所配的包裝內，可起防震作用
